Build your career.Develop Others.Be part of something bigger.
At Sports Schooling, we believe in developing people — not just swimmers. Sport has the power to build confidence, resilience, discipline and character, and we want those values to extend beyond the pool to the people who make our programmes possible.
When you join Sports Schooling, you become part of a community that believes in continuous growth, meaningful work and creating positive experiences through sport. Whether you are coaching a swimmer through their first strokes, developing competitive athletes, supporting our programmes behind the scenes or gaining your first experience through an internship, your work contributes to something bigger.
Growth
We believe there is always an opportunity to learn, improve and do things better — for ourselves, our team and the swimmers we support.
Purpose
The work we do has a direct impact on swimmers, families and the wider community. Every role plays a part in helping people discover what they are capable of.
Teamwork
Great programmes are built by people who work together, support one another and share a commitment to doing their best.
Excellence
We hold ourselves to high standards while recognising that excellence is a journey. We encourage our people to keep learning, challenging themselves and raising the bar.
Community
We want sport to bring people together and create positive experiences that extend beyond the pool. Being part of Sports Schooling means contributing to a community that believes in the power of sport to make a difference.

Learn-to-swim coaches
Help swimmers discover the joy of swimming.
Our Swim Lab coaches work with swimmers from their very first lessons, helping them develop water confidence, fundamental swimming skills and a positive relationship with the sport.
We are looking for coaches who are patient, encouraging and passionate about working with children — and who understand that every swimmer learns differently.
Whether you are an experienced swim coach or looking to develop your coaching career, we provide a supportive environment where you can continue to learn and grow.
Competitive Swim Coaches
Develop swimmers. Build competitors. Shape character.
X Lab coaches work with swimmers who are ready to take their swimming further — developing technical ability, fitness, race skills, discipline and the mindset needed for competitive swimming.
Our coaches are more than instructors. They are mentors who guide swimmers through challenges, celebrate progress and help them understand what it takes to improve.
We are looking for coaches who are committed to athlete development and passionate about creating a positive, purposeful and challenging training environment.
Internships
Learn by doing. Make an impact.
Our internships provide opportunities for students and young professionals to gain practical experience in the sports and education industry.
Interns work alongside our team and gain exposure to the day-to-day running of a growing sports organisation. Depending on the role, this may include projects across operations, marketing, events, business development, programme support and customer experience.
We value curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn. You do not need to know everything — we want people who are ready to contribute, ask questions and grow.
